We proudly announce that nFuse is certified in ISO 27001 (information security management)!

In our business, ISO 27001 is critical. We want to assure our customers that their data is protected and that we have all the right processes in place. The ISO certificate provides that confirmation. In addition, our certificate includes the following services: “24/7 Application Managed Services, operational monitoring (including custom-built applications) and hosting”.

What is ISO?

ISO 27001 is a globally recognized standard relating to information security. The standard describes which processes can be followed to secure information and guarantee data confidentiality, availability, and integrity.

Obtaining the certificate shows that we have met all requirements to ensure the security of customer data (your data). These requirements refer to establishing, implementing, monitoring, assessing, maintaining, and improving the Information Security Management System (ISMS) through (for example) performing a periodic risk analysis or knowing when to follow which process.

In other words, the ISO 27001 certificate demonstrates that we take information security seriously. As a client (our partner), you can be confident that we take all necessary measures to protect your data and reduce any security risks. If a risk should arise, there are specific guidelines for handling the situation. Furthermore, this also means we work on continuous improvement and always strive to give our clients the best possible service and solutions. With the certificate, an annual and triennial audit is compulsory, ensuring that we will continue to work on information security. The certificate was a logical step for us: we followed specific guidelines to ensure data safety. Now we just needed to prove this to the outside world.  Thanks to our partner Infosentry for guiding us through the certification process!
